HOW TO START KEEPING A DIARY

Diary is a secret part where you can keep your thoughts, secrets, emotions, and opinions about various things at home or at the office. Sometimes diaries are not only for keeping secrets. Some diaries are open for everyone.
HOW TO START WRITING IN THE DIARY
In order to start keeping a diary, you need to do the following:
1. To dedicate yourself and be ready to write and read everyday.
2. To think of what (topic) you will write in your diary.
3. To set a regular time for engaging yourself with diary writing.
4. To spend specific time every day and write something. This is the time you sit down and write. For example, you can arrange to write every morning (most people plan their things in the morning), at noon or evening (most people conclude the day by writing in the diary and plan the things they will do next day). Others can set an alarm to remind them of the time to write in the diary. If you are dedicated to it, you can set an alarm to remind them after several minutes hours, or during a particular time of the day.
EIGHT (8) THINGS TO CONSIDER WHEN WRITING IN A DIARY
1. Decide. The first thing in establishing the diary writing habit is to decide to start writing every day. It's not easy to get used to the writing habut, but it becomes easy when make it a habit. For example, you cannot enjoy writing until you start treating it as your daily habit with various advantages.
2. Decide the content of your diary or what you want to write about. Sometimes it's hard to find something to write in a diary for those who are not the experienced. Whenever my students tell that they don't have something to write, I always tell them that 'it's the dead who have nothing to write.' Sometimes my argument is based on the fact that every human being can produce more than 3,000 thoughts a day. Everyone has something to write but we miss is readiness and dedication to the writing habit itself. There are many places to get writing ideas from. Some of these places are life styles, dreams, work, schools, family, and so on.
3. Set a writing timetable. Here the writer may decide to set a schedule so that he/she can write a regular basis. It's good to find the right time to to write. It may be morning, afternoon, evening, or night. Every time you choose has its own advantages. In the morning, for instance, it's a good time to plan. During the day is also a good time to plan. The evening and night time is a good time to evaluate and plan what to do the day.
4. Write on time. A writer should write on time or compensate for the time he/she didn't write something later. The easy way to write to record the event as it happens or keep it in mind and put it down as soon as you reach your diary. For example, you can suspiciously write about your opinion about something on that day or event. Don't stop writing when you have ideas. Let them flow and stop only after realizing that you have written down every idea you had.
5. Write a date in each of the shares of your shape. This is very important for those with no dates. Write a date and time. A date and time helps to remember when the event was written. For mobile Diary apps such as Penzu, Diaro, Google Keep, and Evernote, a date and time are written automatically.
6. Write a title, heading or topic of your diary entry. A diary subject helps the reader to reveal what is inside the diary entry. These headlines are written in large or bold letters, with the different ink or colours.
7. Write as if you are talking to your closest friend. This kind of writing helps the writer reveal most of his/her emotions as he/she writes. Some Diarists start with the phre  'Dear Diary'. This personified greeting leads them to the exploration of their inner feelings of the world.
8. Enjoy writing in the diary!. Writing in a diary is not a burden in your life. It's simple. You just write what you like or what you are interested in.
Conclusion
To keep a diary is a good way to record or put things in writing. From diaries, we can learn and make changes on different things. Learning from what is already in the record is simple and relevant one.
