WHO NEEDS A DIARY?

In general, diary is needed by everyone. Everyone needs a diary to write his/her short-term and long-term plans. A diary is needed by anyone like a kindergarten child, a primary school pupil, a student, a businessman, a civil servant, a farmer and the leader. There are two groups of people who use a diary differently: 1. Firstly, there are those who need Diary just because they like doing so. That's they have the passion of keeping a diary.  2. Secondly, there are people who need a diary because they are supposed to have it regarding the kind of work they do or they need to do. These people outnumber those who are just interested in keeping a diary although some of these are just obliged to have and have no passion of keeping a diary. Now, the following are some kind of people who need diary in their everyday life or work life: - Storekeeper - House maid - Police officer - Nurse - Doctor - Shopkeeper - Librarian - Teacher - Secretary of any Committee - Chairman

HOW TO WRITE A DIARY ENTRY IN YOUR DIARY

Size or length of a diary entry depends on what you want to write and how many details you want to include. The following are the things to consider when writing a diary entry: 1. Think on what you want to write . This will help you collect all the ideas about what you want to write. 2. Ask yourself various questions on what you want to write about. These questions will help you to have enough thoughts before writing. For example when you write you can ask yourself questions like: What have I learned today? What should I accomplish today? How do I feel today? What do I plan to do tomorrow? And so forth. 3. Write the answers to the questions you have asked yourself. Because you already have questions in your head already, it will also be easy to answer them by writing their answers in your diary. For example, an answer for a question like 'How do I feel today?' may spark you to have the following answer: 'Today I feel bad. I woke up in the morning well but lat

Diary is a secret part where you can keep your thoughts, secrets, emotions, and opinions about various things at home or at the office. Sometimes diaries are not only for keeping secrets. Some diaries are open for everyone. HOW TO START WRITING IN THE DIARY In order to start keeping a diary, you need to do the following: 1. To dedicate yourself and be ready to write and read everyday. 2. To think of what (topic) you will write in your diary. 3. To set a regular time for engaging yourself with diary writing. 4. To spend specific time every day and write something. This is the time you sit down and write. For example, you can arrange to write every morning (most people plan their things in the morning), at noon or evening (most people conclude the day by writing in the diary and plan the things they will do next day). Others can set an alarm to remind them of the time to write in the diary. If you are dedicated to it, you can set an alarm to remind them after several minutes

Since ancient times, diaries have been used to record diverse information. However, they were not used often like today. Nowadays there are various types of diaries and in many forms. These types of diaries have been named according to the content they contain. The following are some types of diaries: 1. Personal Diary. This is an individual diary that is used to record personal events on a daily or weekly basis. This type of diary has the reputation of being confidential different from other forms of diaries. 2. The Online Diary. Most of these diaries began to be recorded in the 1990s following the subsequent improvements in science and technology. They were greatly advanced by the emergency social networking platforms and blogs. Social networking platforms will be discussed more in the next posts. 3. Digital Diary. The English word 'diary' comes from the Latin word 'diarium' meaning 'daily allowance'. By definition, Diary is a notebook used to keep various daily records on everyday basis or over the particular period of time. The word 'journal' is also comes from the French word 'Jurnal' meaning a 'day'. Like a diary, a journal is also used to record certain issues every day or after a specific period of time. Diary has similar function with journal. They are both used to record daily events or experiences. Their difference relies on one thing: diary is personal and it is usually confidential while a journal is mostly an open record of events and other observations of life. What is a diary? Diary is a notebook used to keep various daily records on everyday basis or over the particular period of time. The components of a single diary entry A single diary entry must have the following features: 1. Date. For example, 12 August 2010 2. Time. For example: At 7:30 pm. 3. Title/Topic. 4. Description of the event. 5. Personal reaction on the event. 6. A picture or a sticker that is related to event. It's used as an evidence to support the event.
