IrfanView PC Program: 10 Ways to Follow when you want to Resize your image to 4kb or any size you want

(1) Open an image with IrfanView Program on your PC.  (2) Press Control + C.  (3) Press and hold 'Left Click' button on your mouse and use the cursor to crop the image to the size of your choice.  (4) Press Control + Y to get or cut out the cropped image.  (5) Go to Image on Tabs Bar above and select Resize/Resample from the Drop Down menu or Press Control + R.  (6) In dialog box, go to width and write the size of the width you want. For instance, you may want 132 width and 185 height or it will be calculated automatically if you opt to preserve the aspect ratio.  (7) Do not keep the aspect ratio on 'Preserve the Aspect Ratio Tab' and Click Okay.  (8) Go to File and go down to click 'Save to Web... (Plugin)' on the Drop down menu.  (9) In the dialog box, see the optimized image on the left and check if it is in the right size you want. You can adjust the image size by seeking the bar below the dialog box.  (10) Save the image in your preferred folder. Kachele On
