Passwords have dominated this modern world at a large extent. There are various advantages and disadvantages of these passwords. A password may be considered an easy thing to remember when you create it at the first time. But when you forget it, its costs begin to appear afterwards. No one becomes happy after losing a password.

The following are five (5) disadvantages of losing the Password:
1. Transport Fares. First, it's a fare charges for going far away to fix it or change it especially those who lose ATM password. These people have to travel to Bank Branch Offices in order to fix their passwords. But there are diaries that cost up to Tsh 500 only, and your work is just writing your password in that diary.

2. Your online services such as Facebook, email and other networks will be closed when you forget your password. If you make money through these online services, you can get severe income losses.

3. You will lose your followers (Fans, friends) after forgetting a password. You will also lose various opportunities too. Everyone knows how hard it is to get followers. So, by keeping your password at a safe place, you can't lose your followers.

4. Loss of income. For example if you are using ATMs/Banks or online networks to get income, you will certainly lose your income.

5. Disturbances. You and your colleagues will get some disturbances. You will be disturbed for changing your password. You will also disturb your customers by changing the account every day. That's why some people have two or more Facebook accounts because they forget their passwords more often and they are obliged to create new account whenever they fail to recover their passwords.

The solution is just one: keeping a diary. For example, I have kept my email and Facebook passwords since 2008! This is simple experience and anyone can do it. Many things are possible if we keep diaries. Whenever I forget my password, I go to my diary and look up at my password again. And even if I want to change my password, I keep records of the changes I have made.

Remember:
- Create a simple password
- Keep it in a dairy
- Check it whenever you forget it
- Keep the new password whenever you change it
- Enjoy your life without stress!
